1 Month Rate
$3500 / month; $500 deposit required
3 Month Rate
$3000 / month; $1500 deposit required
6 Month Rate
$2500 / month; $3000 deposit required
Other Things to Note
Names of all guests over 18 will need to be provided and subject to light background check prior to rental approval, per park rules.
Up to 2 dogs welcome (<40 lbs each; please inquire)
Dogs are welcome, but we absolutely cannot have more than 2. They must be potty trained and well behaved. Breed to be provided.
Fees
$150 Dog Deposit
$150 Cleaning Fee
$1000 excessive damage fee (if applicable upon move out, i.e. bed/TV/furniture/wall/no-see-um screen damaged or broken etc.; indoor smoking; excessive pet accidents/damage, etc.)
